As each order is customized to paper and size specifications, production and delivery typically takes 8-10 business days, though it may be longer during peak periods.

A tracking ID will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

Unframed prints

Rolled fine art prints sized 200mm or smaller will be sent in an envelope.

All other sizes will be sent in a cardboard tube or a cardboard box. Rolled fine art prints also come wrapped in tissue paper.


Framed & canvas prints

Small-to-medium sized framed and canvas prints come with protective cardboard guards attached to each corner, with additional cardboard secured over the print surface to minimise risk of damage in transit. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

Please note that in addition to the above, large framed and canvas prints are also bubble-wrapped for added protection. Actively exploring ways to reduce the use of bubble wrap within our supply chain and, where practicable, use bubble wrap that can be recycled at special collection points.

Flat cardboard box: Rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials are used.

All Canine Quirks products are made-to-order, produced only after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges, returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind cases or incorrect size, color, or artwork selections.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a free replacement.

To request assistance, contact us at contact@caninequirks.com within 3 days of delivery and include:

• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
• Short unboxing video
• Order ID
  

Once reviewed, we’ll process a replacement.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot offer replacements for:

• Incorrect size, color, or design ordered
• Change of mind after delivery
• Print placement or minor variations within standard production tolerances
