Do Your Framed Art Pieces Come Ready To Hang ?

All framed art products are ready-to-hang and come with a protective clear acrylic sheet.

Can I Request a Custom Design or Personalization?


We currently don’t offer custom designs or personalization of the artwork itself, as each piece is created as a finished work of art.

However, we do provide a range of sizes, finishes, and framing options so you can select what best suits your space and style.

Our goal is to ensure you can still create a display that feels personal and tailored, even without altering the original design.

What Materials Do You Use ?

We offer museum-grade and fine art archival prints in textured, non-textured, and semi-gloss finishes, with or without framing. All prints are giclée printed to ensure exceptional color accuracy and long-lasting archival quality.

Do You Charge Customs Duties ?

Your order is fulfilled locally, so local shipping fees will apply. However, in rare cases—particularly for U.S. customers—customs duties or import taxes may be required. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges.

If you refuse delivery due to customs duties or taxes at your country’s border, the courier may destroy the goods, and they will not be returned to us. In this situation, you will remain liable for the product(s), and a refund will not be issued.

Are Color Differences Covered Under Your Quality Guarantee ?

We use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners to minimize color variations. However, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result, including:

  • Machine settings
  • Paper types
  • Humidity in the room
  • When the machine was last cleaned

Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned
reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

When Will I Receive My Product ?

As each order is customized to your specifications, production typically takes 6–8 business days, though it may be longer during peak periods. Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page.

Do You Provide Cancellations ?

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate order cancellations whenever possible.

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 1-2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. After 1-2 hours, production will have begun and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Email us at contact@caninequirks.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
  • Requests will be honored if received within the 2-hour window.
  • We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Please allow for up to 15 - 20 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

What Happens If My Product Arrives Damaged or Defective ?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect order, we will cover the cost of a replacement. A reprint of the same product will be provided at no extra charge.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, write to us with 'reprint request' in the subject line at contact@caninequirks.com within 3 days of receiving the product:

  • Clear photos of the received item(s), including the product, packaging, and shipping labels.
  • A short video of the unboxing to verify the condition on arrival.

As all products are made-to-order, exchanges are not possible, and we cannot accept returns or return shipments.


Note: We use the same printers, papers, and processes as our print partners to reduce color variations, but perfect consistency isn’t possible. Factors such as machine settings, paper type, humidity, and maintenance can cause slight differences, which are within acceptable tolerance levels and not covered by our quality guarantee.

When will I receive my refund for order cancellation ?

Refund Processing Timeframe:

You can expect the refund to be processed within within 5-31 days depending on your mode of payment.

  • 5 business days if debit or credit card;
  • 1 day if Paypal balance;
  • 31 days if Paypal balance and credit card.
